Alyson Frio (Aly) is a sophomore at Morris Knolls High School. She plays soccer, does fencing, and throws shot put, discus, and javelin in Spring Track. She is also in many different after-school clubs that consist of Quill Club, Yearbook Club, Dance Club, and Knots of Fun. Aly is also the Vice President of the Sophomore Class of 2025. Aly is excited to be a part of the Quill because it means being able to contribute to a project that everyone will read and enjoy!
