Anfal Mahmoud, or Nova, is a freshman at Morris Knolls, and this is her first year at Quill Club. She joined the club because she enjoys writing and is interested in publishing news about the school. She is excited to have the opportunity to explore journalism and develop her writing skills through the Quill. Nova likes to play the piano, read, and crochet. In addition to Quill, Nova is in Key Club, FBLA, and Leo Club. She hopes to gain more knowledge about journalism while covering the school’s events and get to know other members of the Quill.
